INGREDIENTS


  • Mustard seeds – 100 gms (soaked in water for 25 minutes)

  • Green chilli – 4

  • Ginger – 1 inch

  • Baking soda – a pinch

  • Salt – to taste

  • Mustard oil – 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Grind ginger, green chilies and mustard seeds to a fine paste

  • Heat the pan, add paste, green chilies, baking soda, salt and water

  • Let it cook and becomes thick and mustard oil and mix well.
