INGREDIENTS
Mustard seeds – 100 gms (soaked in water for 25 minutes)
Green chilli – 4
Ginger – 1 inch
Baking soda – a pinch
Salt – to taste
Mustard oil – 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Grind ginger, green chilies and mustard seeds to a fine paste
Heat the pan, add paste, green chilies, baking soda, salt and water
Let it cook and becomes thick and mustard oil and mix well.
