JOLPAN


INGREDIENTS


  • Puffed rice /Rice flakes – 1 cup

  • Curd/Yoghurt – ½ cup

  • Jaggery – ¼ cup

  • Cream - /4 cup (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Wash and Soak rice flakes or puffed rice in warm water for 2 minutes. Squeeze and drain the remaining water.

  • In a small bowl, add one layer of puffed/rice flakes.

  • Top it with Curd, cream, jaggery.

  • Can also garnish with nuts and serve
