INGREDIENTS
Rice – ¼ cup
Tomato – 1 chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Beans – 4 chopped
Garlic – 3-4 chopped
Ginger – ½ inch chopped
Green chillies – 1 chopped
Spinach leaves – handful chopped
Cabbage – ¼ cup chopped
Salt – to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a pan boil water, add rice and cook till it is fluffy.
Add ginger, garlic, tomato, onion, green chilies, mix and sauté well for couple of minutes.
Add salt, beans, spinach, cabbage, cover and cook until everything is cooked soft to kichadi consistency.
Mix well and serve.
