NAGA GALHO KHICHDI

INGREDIENTS


  • Rice – ¼ cup

  • Tomato – 1 chopped

  • Onion – 1 chopped

  • Beans – 4 chopped

  • Garlic – 3-4 chopped

  • Ginger – ½ inch chopped

  • Green chillies – 1 chopped

  • Spinach leaves – handful chopped

  • Cabbage – ¼ cup chopped

  • Salt – to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • In a pan boil water, add rice and cook till it is fluffy.

  • Add ginger, garlic, tomato, onion, green chilies, mix and sauté well for couple of minutes.

  • Add salt, beans, spinach, cabbage, cover and cook until everything is cooked soft to kichadi consistency.

  • Mix well and serve.
