UNDE KADUBU RECIPE/ STEAMED RICE DUMPLINGS

INGREDIENTS
Rice – 1 cup (Sona masuri rice )
Water – 2 cup
Grated coconut – ½ cup
Salt - as per taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse the rice and drain it. Spread it in coth or plate. Leave until it is dry.
Grind it coarsely along with coconut like rava.
Boil water in a pan along with salt, when it starts boiloing slowly add the rice gradually and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
Dough will be thick in couple of minutes and it will be soft switch off the flame.
Wet the finger in water, make small orange sized balls in the dough nad using thumb make small dent.
Steam cook it for 10-15 minutes and serve
