RAGI MUDDE/FINGER MILLET BALL

INGREDIENTS


  • Ragi Flour – 1 cup

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Water – 2 ¼ cup

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Take 2 ¼ of water in a pan, add salt and 1 tbsp of ragi flour mix well and keep it for boiling.

  2. When it starts boiling, take ½ cup of water from that and keep aside.

  3. Add the remaining ragi flour to the pan. Do not mix and just press the ragi flour gently and let it boil for 5-7 minutes. After 5 minutes, reduce the flame and mix well and ensure there is no lumps.

  4. Now add the ½ cup of water taken before, mix well and switch off the stove. Close the lid for few seconds.

  5. Transfer to a bowl, we your fingers and make small Ragi balls or mudde.
