UCHELLU CHUTNEY / BLACKCUMIN SEEDS CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS


  • Black jeera seeds– 1-2 tbsp

  • Coconut grated -  2 tbsp

  • Dry red chilies – 2 nos

  • Garlic cloves – 2nos

  • Coriander leaves – few

  • Salt – to taste

  • Sugar – pinch


For Tempering

  • Oil -1 tsp

  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

  • Curry leaves -  few

  • Dry red chilies – 2


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Dry roast the black jeera seeds in a pan on medium heat without burning.

  • Once it is cool don, add all other ingredients with black jeera and grind it well with little water.

  • Temper the chutney with Mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilies.
