INGREDIENTS
Black jeera seeds– 1-2 tbsp
Coconut grated - 2 tbsp
Dry red chilies – 2 nos
Garlic cloves – 2nos
Coriander leaves – few
Salt – to taste
Sugar – pinch
For Tempering
Oil -1 tsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves - few
Dry red chilies – 2
INSTRUCTIONS
Dry roast the black jeera seeds in a pan on medium heat without burning.
Once it is cool don, add all other ingredients with black jeera and grind it well with little water.
Temper the chutney with Mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilies.
