TUNGTAP/ DRY FISH CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS

  • Anchovies – ¼ cup (dried)

  • Onion – ½(grated)

  • Chilli powder – ¼ tsp

  • Green chillies – 1 no

  • Salt-   as per taste


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Fry the anchovies in pan until t is brown and dry.

  • In a Bowl, mix the crumbled dried fish, onion, green chilies, chili powder, salt (if needed)
