INGREDIENTS
Rice – 1 cup (short grain variety)
Salt – as per taste
Garlic – 3 cloves (chopped)
Ginger – ½ inch (chopped)
Butter – 1 tsp
Pepper – 5 -8 nos
INSTRUCTIONS
Pressure cook the rice with all ingredients and excess water
Garnish with butter and pepper.
