INGREDIENTS

  • Rice – 1 cup (short grain variety)

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Garlic – 3 cloves (chopped)

  • Ginger – ½ inch (chopped)

  • Butter – 1 tsp

  • Pepper – 5 -8 nos

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pressure cook the rice with all ingredients and excess water

  • Garnish with butter and pepper.
