SANA THONGBA/ MANIPURI STYLE PANEER CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Paneer – 200 gms

  • Green peas – ¼ cup

  • Potato – 1 (cut into cubes)

  • Onion – 1 (chopped)

  • Oil – 1 tbsp

  • Green chilies – 5 (chopped)

  • Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

  • Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Milk – 1 cup

  • Coriander leaves – for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Heat oil in pan and splutter cumin seeds, to this add onions and fry till it is soft.

  • Add green peas, potato, and paneer and fry till paneer turns golden brown.

  • Add turmeric water, salt, water, cover and cook till potatoes are cooked.

  • Once cooked, add milk and bring to boil.

  • Add chilies and cook till it is done and garnish with coriander leaves.
