SANA THONGBA/ MANIPURI STYLE PANEER CURRY

INGREDIENTS
Paneer – 200 gms
Green peas – ¼ cup
Potato – 1 (cut into cubes)
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Oil – 1 tbsp
Green chilies – 5 (chopped)
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Milk – 1 cup
Coriander leaves – for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in pan and splutter cumin seeds, to this add onions and fry till it is soft.
Add green peas, potato, and paneer and fry till paneer turns golden brown.
Add turmeric water, salt, water, cover and cook till potatoes are cooked.
Once cooked, add milk and bring to boil.
Add chilies and cook till it is done and garnish with coriander leaves.
