INGREDIENTS:
Prawns - 200g
Onions - 1 no
Green chilli - 1 no
Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder - 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - 1 ¼ tsp
Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - few
Oil - few
METHOD:
Marinate the prawns in ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, lemon juice and salt for 30 mins.
Add a small cup of water to the marinated prawns and bring it to boil reduce to medium flame cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and drain the excess water.
Heat oil in pan add sliced onions, green chillies and curry leaves and saute till onions turn brown. Add the cooked prawns and garam masala and stir fry for 3 minutes. Adjust salt and turn off heat.
