INGREDIENTS
Moong dal - 250 g
Ginger - 1 inch
Soaked rice - 1 cup
Green chillies - 2 no
Coconut oil - as required
METHOD
Soak rice and moong dal together for around 3 - 4 hours. When dal is soaked grind it to a thick paste along with chopped ginger and chillies.
Preheat the dosa tawa, once it is hot enough smear oil on to it. Spread the batter evenly on the dosa tawa.
Apply oil around the dosa wait till the edges turn golden.
Flip the dosa to the other side and let it cook for a while, not more than a minute.
Serve it with chutney.
