RED CHILLI CHUTNEY

INGREDIENTS:
Red chilli - 4 nos
Tamarind pulp - 1 big size
Shallots - 8 nos
Garlic - 4 nos
Salt - as required
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Oil - as required
METHOD:
Take red chilli, salt, onion, garlic and tamarind in a blender and grind smoothly. Add water if needed.
Heat oil in a pan temper with mustard seeds and asafoetida and pour the ground mixture.
Continue cooking in a low flame for 5 minutes until oil separates.
Ready to serve.
