INGREDIENTS
Rice – 1 cup
Salt – as needed
Water – 2 ½ cup
Coconut – ½ cup
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak rice for 5-6 hours.
Drain the water, add coconut and grind to a smooth paste without adding much water.
Add salt, water and mix well. Make sure the batter is thin watery consistency.
In a heat dosa Tawa, pour the dosa batter, cover and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.
Once cooked, fold the dosa and serve. Do not cook on both sides.
