INGREDIENTS


  • Rice – 1 cup

  • Salt – as needed

  • Water – 2 ½ cup

  • Coconut – ½ cup


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Soak rice for 5-6 hours.

  • Drain the water, add coconut and grind to a smooth paste without adding much water.

  • Add salt, water and mix well. Make sure the batter is thin watery consistency.

  • In a heat dosa Tawa, pour the dosa batter, cover and cook for 1 minute on medium flame.

  • Once cooked, fold the dosa and serve. Do not cook on both sides.
