INGREDIENTS


  • Pumpkin – 250 gms (boiled and mashed)

  • Tamarind water – ¼ cup

  • Jaggery – ¼ cup

  • Bay leaves – 1

  • Mustard seeds – ½ tsp

  • Lom juice – ½ tsp

  • Raisins – ½ tsp

  • Dry red chilies – 2

  • Water - ½    cup

  • Oil – 1 tsp

  • Salt – to taste

INSTRUCTIONS


  • Add oil in a pan, fry the mustard seeds till they sizzle

  • To that add chilies, bay leaf, raisins and stir fry for a minute. Add pumpkin tamarind extract and cook for a couple of minutes.

  • Add jaggery, water and let it boil in low flame for couple of minutes.

  • Remove from fire and add lime juice and mix well.
