INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin – 250 gms (boiled and mashed)
Tamarind water – ¼ cup
Jaggery – ¼ cup
Bay leaves – 1
Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
Lom juice – ½ tsp
Raisins – ½ tsp
Dry red chilies – 2
Water - ½ cup
Oil – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Add oil in a pan, fry the mustard seeds till they sizzle
To that add chilies, bay leaf, raisins and stir fry for a minute. Add pumpkin tamarind extract and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add jaggery, water and let it boil in low flame for couple of minutes.
Remove from fire and add lime juice and mix well.
