INGREDIENTS
Peanuts - 1 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Green chillies - 2 nos
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red chillies- 3 nos
Curry leaves - few
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Cooked millet - 1 cup
Tamarind pulp - 1 small lemon sized soaked tamarind.
METHOD
Add oil in a wok and heat it, add peanuts, urad dal, chana dal, green chilies, mustard seeds, curry leaves and red chillies saute them for 2 minutes.
Add tamarind extracted pulp cook for two minutes.
Add turmeric powder and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the cooked millet and mix it well. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
