Pav Bhajji

Ingredients:
Spinach – ½ cup (chopped)
Capsicum – ½ cup (chopped)
Corn – ½ cup
Cauliflower – ¼ cup (chopped)
Carrot – ½ cup (grated)
Coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Potato – ½ boiled
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
Onion – 1 big (chopped)
Ginger and garlic – 1 tsp (chopped)
Tomato – 1 no (chopped)
Jeera – ½ tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Wheat Pav for serving
Method:
Cook all the vegetables in a pressure cooker.
Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, ginger, garlic and sauté for ½ a minute.
Add the onions, and fry until golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add salt, other spices and sauté.
Add the boiled vegetables and keep stirring for 5-10 minutes.
Add chopped coriander. Remove from flame and top with lemon juice.\
Serve hot with wheat pavs.
