Ingredients:
Sprouts – 1.5 cups
Water – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onions – 1 cup (Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Tomato – ½ cup (Chopped)
Salt – to taste
Turmeric Powder – a pinch
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Red Chili Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – ½ tsp
Water – ¾ cup
Pav Buns – 6
Garnish:
Onion – ¼ cup
Green Chilli (optional)
Lemon Juice
Coriander Leaves
Method:
Add water to sprouts in a pressure cooker, cook for 10- 15 mins.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions until golden brown.
Saute ginger garlic paste until raw smell goes.
Add tomatoes, turmeric and salt. Cook until tomatoes turns soft.
Add the masala powders and cook until oil starts separating.
Add the sprouts along with the water used for cooking the same.
Cook on medium heat for 5 minutes till oil seperates.
Add coriander leaves and remove from flame.
Top with fresh onions, green chilli, lemon juice and serve with toasted pav buns
