NAGA STYLE SMOKED PORK CURRY

INGREDIENTS
Smoked pork – 200 gms
Potato – 1 (peeled ,cubed)
Green chilli – 10
Tomato – 1
Salt – to taste
Water – as required
Sichuan peppercorns – 1 tbsp (can be substituted with black pepper corns and coriander seeds)
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the smoked pork in warm water, cut into cubes and in a pot of water and salt and cook the pork
In a pan, add green chilies, tomato, potato, salt and water. Cover and cook. Mash everything one by one and add this to the cooked pork.
Adjust the gravy consistency by adding water.
Dry roast the peppercorns, crush them and add to the curry.
Bring it to boil and turn off the heat.
