NAGA STYLE SMOKED PORK CURRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Smoked pork – 200 gms

  • Potato – 1 (peeled ,cubed)

  • Green chilli – 10

  • Tomato – 1

  • Salt – to taste

  • Water – as required

  • Sichuan peppercorns – 1 tbsp (can be substituted with black pepper corns and coriander seeds)


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Wash the smoked pork in warm water, cut into cubes and in a pot of water and salt and cook the pork

  • In a pan, add green chilies, tomato, potato, salt and water. Cover and cook. Mash everything one by one and add this to the cooked pork.

  • Adjust the gravy consistency by adding water.

  • Dry roast the peppercorns, crush them and add to the curry.

  • Bring it to boil and turn off the heat.
