INGREDIENTS


  • Buckwheat flour – 1 cup

  • Salt – to taste

  • Water – 1 cup

  • Butter/ghee

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Make a thick batter with flour, salt and water and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  • Heat the pan, spread a ladle full of batter into the pan. Grease with butter/ghee and cook on both sides.

  • Serve hot.
