INGREDIENTS
Buckwheat flour – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Water – 1 cup
Butter/ghee
INSTRUCTIONS
Make a thick batter with flour, salt and water and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat the pan, spread a ladle full of batter into the pan. Grease with butter/ghee and cook on both sides.
Serve hot.
