MIZORAM STYLE ARSA BEIPENEK/ SPICY CHICKEN STEW

INGREDIENTS
Chicken – 250 gms
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Dry red chili – 5 nos
Ginger – ½ inch (chopped)
Garlic – 3 (chopped)
Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
Whole wheat flour – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – few
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the chicken and marinate them with onions, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder and salt for 30minutes.
Heat a pan with oil, add the marinated chicken fry them for at least 15 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water, salt, dry red chilies, and cook for 10 more minutes.
In a bowl mix wheat flour and water to forma thick paste, once chicken is cooked, add this paste and cook till the gravy thickens.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
