Maharastrian Multigrain Thalipeeth – 4 serves

Ingredients:
Jowar Flour – 1 cup
Ragi Flour – ½ cup
Besan flour – ½ cup
Powdered Oats – 80 g
Methi Leaves 250 g
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli – 1 no
Ginger – 1 inch
Asafetida – ¼
Curd – ½ cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil as required
Method:
Combine all ingredients except curd and oil in a large bowl. Stir in curd, add water if necessary, knead to make a smooth dough. Allow the dough to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 inch diameter balls and roll the to 4-6 inch diameter circles.
Place the discs on a hot skillet. After few seconds you will see small bubbles starting to rise on the dough.
Reduce the flame, flip the disc and drizzle little oil over it. Cook with press and turn motion to maintain even cooking.
Serve hot.
