INGREDIENTS
Banana flower – 1
Onions – 2 (cut into thin slices)
Green chili – 1 (sliced)
Turmeric – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and finely chop the banana flowers.
In a bowl of cold water, rinse the banana flowers and squeeze the water. Repeat it 2-3 times
Heat oil, and all ingredients together and stir well.
Close the lid and cook in low flame. Do not add water and keep stirring occasionally until it is cooked.
