KOLDIL BHAJI/ BANANA FLOWER FRY

INGREDIENTS

  • Banana flower – 1

  • Onions – 2 (cut into thin slices)

  • Green chili – 1 (sliced)

  • Turmeric – 1 tsp

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Oil – 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Peel and finely chop the banana flowers.

  • In a bowl of cold water, rinse the banana flowers and squeeze the water. Repeat it 2-3 times

  • Heat oil, and all ingredients together and stir well.

  • Close the lid and cook in low flame. Do not add water and keep stirring occasionally until it is cooked.
