KANE RAVA FRY/LADY FISH FRY

INGREDIENTS
Lady fish – 2 nos.(Clean and rinse)
Red chili powder – ½ tbsp.
Rice flour – ½ tbsp.
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbsp.
Lime juice – ½ tsp
Rava – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Oil for shallow frying
Salt – to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, add chili powder, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, 1-2 tbsp of water and mix as a paste.
Marinate the fish with the prepared paste and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Coat the fish on both sides with Rava/Semolina.
Heat pan, add 1-2 tbsp of oil, once it is hot fry fish in medium flame till rava turns golden brown.
Fry both the sides and serve hot.
