KANE RAVA FRY/LADY FISH FRY

INGREDIENTS


  • Lady fish – 2 nos.(Clean and rinse)

  • Red chili powder – ½ tbsp.

  • Rice flour – ½ tbsp.

  • Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbsp.

  • Lime juice – ½ tsp

  • Rava – 1 tbsp

  • Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

  • Oil for shallow frying

  • Salt – to taste


 INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a bowl, add chili powder, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, 1-2 tbsp of water and mix as a paste.

  • Marinate the fish with the prepared paste and let it rest for 30 minutes.

  • Coat the fish on both sides with Rava/Semolina.

  • Heat pan, add 1-2 tbsp of oil, once it is hot fry fish in medium flame till rava turns golden brown.

  • Fry both the sides and serve hot.
