INGREDIENTS:
Jowar Flour – ½ cup
Water – ¾ cup
Salt - as per taste
Cooking oil - 1 tsp
Wheat flour – 2 tbsp
Grated vegetables of your choice – ½ cup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat water in a pan add salt, when it starts boiling add this to the mixture of flour and wheat flour, grated vegetables and make a soft dough.
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them to roti’s using roller pins
Place the rolled roti’s in pan for few seconds on one side and flip on the other side once it is cooked.
Using tongs roast over the roti in direct flame till brown spots appear on both the side and serve.
