JOLADA ROTI/JOWAR STUFFED ROTI

INGREDIENTS:


  • Jowar Flour – ½  cup

  • Water – ¾  cup

  • Salt -  as per taste

  • Cooking oil -  1 tsp

  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp

  • Grated vegetables of your choice – ½ cup


INSTRUCTIONS:


  • Heat water in a pan add salt, when it starts boiling add this to the mixture of flour and wheat flour, grated vegetables and make a soft dough.

  • Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them to roti’s using roller pins

  • Place the rolled roti’s in pan for few seconds on one side and flip on the other side once it is cooked.

  • Using tongs roast over the roti in direct flame till brown spots appear on both the side and serve.
