INGREDIENTS
Jasmine Rice – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tbsp
Bay leaves – 2
Onion – 1 medium chopped
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric- 1/*2 tsp
Green chillies – 2 (chopped)
Pork – cut into small pieces 150 gms (can be replaced with chicken)
Water – 2 cups
INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and soak the rice, cut the prok into required size.
Heat oil in pan, add bay leaves, onions, ginger paste, and turmeric and sauté till raw smell disappears.
Add green chilies, pork, and fry till pork is light brown.
Drain the rice and add to pork and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add salt and water and bring to boil.
Simmer and cook till rice is cooked.
Garnish with cilantro o
