GOWDA STYLE MUTTON CHOPS

INGREDIENTS
Mutton – ½ kg (chop cut)
Dry coconut grated – ¼ cup
Onions – 2
Tomato – 1 small
Green peas – 100 gms
Methi leaves - handful
Coriander leaves - few
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chillies – 4
Black pepper – 1 tbsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Cinnamon – ½ inch
Cloves – 4
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Make a paste with coconut, ginger garlic paste, coriander, green chilli, black pepper, coriander powder, cinnamon and cloves.
In a Pan, heat oil, add sliced onions and fry for a minutes. Add chopped methi leaves, ground masala until the masala is cooked
Add mutton, green peas, tomatoes (cut into big cubes), salt, water and cook in medium flame until the meat is cooked.
