GOWDA STYLE MUTTON CHOPS

INGREDIENTS


  • Mutton – ½ kg (chop cut)

  • Dry coconut grated – ¼ cup

  • Onions – 2 

  • Tomato – 1 small

  • Green peas – 100 gms

  • Methi leaves -  handful

  • Coriander leaves -  few

  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp

  • Green chillies – 4

  • Black pepper – 1 tbsp

  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp

  • Cinnamon – ½ inch

  • Cloves – 4

  • Salt – as per taste

  • Oil – 1 tbsp


INSTRUCTIONS


  • Make a paste with coconut, ginger garlic paste, coriander, green chilli, black pepper, coriander powder, cinnamon and cloves.

  • In a Pan, heat oil, add sliced onions and fry for a minutes. Add chopped methi leaves, ground masala until the masala is cooked

  • Add mutton, green peas, tomatoes (cut into big cubes), salt, water and cook in medium flame until the meat is cooked.
