INGREDIENTS
Rice – 3 cup
Fenugreek seeds – ½ tsp
Urad dal – 1 cup
Puffed rice – 2 cup (washed and squeezed)
Oil and butter for roasting
Salt – as needed
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak rice and fenugreek seeds for 5 hours. And urad dal for 3 hours.
Drain off the water and grind urad dal to smooth paste.
Drain off the water and grind the rice to coarse paste adding water of required.
Now, take the washed and squeezed puffed rice and grind to a smooth paste.
Mix all the batters together, cover and let it rest overnight. After 8 hours, add salt to the batter and mix well.
Heat the pan and pour ladleful of dosa batter.soread out the dosa slightly thicker.
Spread oil and butter on sides of dosa. Cook the dosa on both sides.
Finally serve and top it with butter.
