INGREDIENTS:
Bommidalu fish - ½ kg
Onions - 2 no
Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
Curry leaves - few
Tomato - 1 no
Fenugreek seeds- ¼ tsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
Garam masala - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves - few
Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp
METHODS
Heat oil in kadai, add fenugreek and mustard seeds. Now add the onions once onions turn brown add ginger garlic paste , curry leaves and green chillies.
Now add the tomatoes, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and garam masala and mix well.
Add tamarind extract and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add the fish and let it simmer for 8 minutes.
Your pulusu is ready.
