BOMMIDALU PULUSU

INGREDIENTS:


  • Bommidalu fish - ½ kg

  • Onions - 2 no

  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp

  • Curry leaves - few

  • Tomato - 1 no

  • Fenugreek seeds- ¼  tsp

  • Mustard seeds - ½ tsp

  • Cumin powder - ¼ tsp

  • Coriander powder - ¼  tsp

  • Red chilli powder - ½ tsp

  • Garam masala - ½ tsp

  • Coriander leaves - few

  • Ginger garlic paste - ½ tsp

METHODS


  • Heat oil in kadai, add fenugreek and mustard seeds. Now add the onions once onions turn brown add ginger garlic paste , curry leaves and green chillies.

  • Now add the tomatoes, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly powder and garam masala and mix well.

  • Add tamarind extract and salt and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Now add the fish and let it simmer for 8 minutes.

  • Your pulusu is ready.
