ARUNACHAL STYLE KHARZI RICE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
Rice – 1 cup (cooked)
Dry red chilies – 2-3
Mozzarella cheese – 2 tbsp
Ginger – ¼ inch
Garlic – 3 cloves
Tomato – 1 no
Salt – as per taste
Spring onion – ½ cup (chopped)
Green peas – ¼ cup(boiled)
Mixed vegetables – ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Oil – 1tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak red chilies in hot water for 10 minutes.
Grind tomato, soaked red chilies, ginger, garlic, salt, cheese and blend to a paste.
In a vessel, heat a tablespoon of oil, add the paste and sauté on low flame till the raw smell goes off.
Keep stirring and add spring onions, chopped vegetables, and green peas and mix well.
Once vegetables are cooked add the rice, mix well and serve.
