AKKI ROTI

INGREDIENTS


  • Rice flour – 1 cup

  • Grated vegetables o your choice – ½ cup

  • Onion – 1no (finely chopped)

  • Ginger – 1 inch (finely chopped)

  • Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)

  • Coriander leaves – few (finely chopped)

  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

  • Salt – to taste

  • Oil for roasting

  • Water - as required

INSTRUCTIONS


  • In a bowl combine rice flour, grated vegetables, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger, salt, cumin seeds, water. Mix well and make a soft dough.

  • Take a small ball of dough and start patting over oiled banana leaf.

  • Make some holes in between to absorb oil.

  • Grease the tawa with oil, and place the patted roti on it.

  • Add oil and top of the roti. Flip and cook on both sides.
