INGREDIENTS
Rice flour – 1 cup
Grated vegetables o your choice – ½ cup
Onion – 1no (finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 inch (finely chopped)
Green chili – 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – few (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil for roasting
Water - as required
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl combine rice flour, grated vegetables, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, ginger, salt, cumin seeds, water. Mix well and make a soft dough.
Take a small ball of dough and start patting over oiled banana leaf.
Make some holes in between to absorb oil.
Grease the tawa with oil, and place the patted roti on it.
Add oil and top of the roti. Flip and cook on both sides.
