PALLIPALAYAM CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chicken - 200g

  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

  • Red chilli - 5 nos

  • Curry leaves - few

  • Coconut oil - 3 tbsp

For grinding:

  • Onion - 1 no

  • Garlic - 6 cloves

  • Curry leaves - handful

  • Chillies - 2 nos


METHOD:

  • Grind the ingredients to a coarse mixture.

  • Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves, red chili and ground masala saute for few minutes.

  • Add salt and chicken and turmeric and mix well.

  • Cover and cook for low heat for 30 mins. Allow the chicken to cook in high heat.

  • After the chicken gets roasted. Switch off the flame.

  • Serve hot.
