INGREDIENTS:
Chicken - 200g
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 5 nos
Curry leaves - few
Coconut oil - 3 tbsp
For grinding:
Onion - 1 no
Garlic - 6 cloves
Curry leaves - handful
Chillies - 2 nos
METHOD:
Grind the ingredients to a coarse mixture.
Heat oil in a pan add curry leaves, red chili and ground masala saute for few minutes.
Add salt and chicken and turmeric and mix well.
Cover and cook for low heat for 30 mins. Allow the chicken to cook in high heat.
After the chicken gets roasted. Switch off the flame.
Serve hot.
