MILLET VEGETABLE ADAI

INGREDIENTS:


  • Millet flour - ½  cup

  • Ragi flour -½ cup

  • Chilli - 1 no

  • Onions - 1 no

  • Ginger - ½ inch

  • Spinach - ½  cup

  • Curry leaves - few

  • Coriander - few

  • Salt - to taste

  • Oil - 2 tbsp


METHOD:


  • Grind it with chilli, ginger and needed salt. Add ragi flour, millet flour and mix well by adding water. The batter should be of medium consistency.

  • Add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, coriander and spinach to the batter.

  • Heat the tawa, spread the ladle of batter, drizzle a few drops of oil around the adai.

  • When you find the corners lifting up, flip it over to the other side, cook until golden brown on each side.

  • Remove from the pan and serve hot with chutney.
