MILLET VEGETABLE ADAI

INGREDIENTS:
Millet flour - ½ cup
Ragi flour -½ cup
Chilli - 1 no
Onions - 1 no
Ginger - ½ inch
Spinach - ½ cup
Curry leaves - few
Coriander - few
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Grind it with chilli, ginger and needed salt. Add ragi flour, millet flour and mix well by adding water. The batter should be of medium consistency.
Add finely chopped onions, curry leaves, coriander and spinach to the batter.
Heat the tawa, spread the ladle of batter, drizzle a few drops of oil around the adai.
When you find the corners lifting up, flip it over to the other side, cook until golden brown on each side.
Remove from the pan and serve hot with chutney.
