MILLET PIDI KOZHUKATTAI

INGREDIENTS:
Millet flour - 1 cup
Ragi - ½ cup
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tsp
Palm jaggery - ½ cup
Salt - a pinch
METHOD:
To a pan add millet flour and ragi dry roast it, transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside.
Add palm jaggery and water to a pan, let it dissolve completely, then simmer the syrup for 5 mins and switch off. Strain and add syrup to the bowl. Add grated coconut to it.
Grease your hand with ghee. Mix well together, tale a small portion of the dough and press with fingers to form an impression.
Place the prepared kozhukattais in the steamer plates and cook for 15 mins.
Serve hot.
