MILLET PANIYARAM

INGREDIENTS:
Millet flour - 1 cup
Carrot - ½ cup
Curd - 1 cup
Onion - 1 no
Chillies - 1 no
Coriander - few
Curry leaves - few
Oil - as required
METHOD:
Mix millet flour , curd, finely chopped carrot, onion, coriander, chillies, salt in a bowl. Make it a thick batter.
Heat the pan, add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves, let it crackle. Now add the mixture to the batter.
Apply oil to the paniyaram maker, now pour the batter and cook it in a medium flame.
Flip and cook on the other side, take it out once it is done.
