MILLET PANIYARAM

INGREDIENTS:


  • Millet flour - 1 cup

  • Carrot - ½ cup

  • Curd - 1 cup

  • Onion - 1 no

  • Chillies - 1 no

  • Coriander - few

  • Curry leaves - few

  • Oil - as required


METHOD:


  • Mix millet flour , curd, finely chopped carrot, onion, coriander, chillies, salt in a bowl. Make it a thick batter.

  • Heat the pan, add oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves, let it crackle. Now add the mixture to the batter.

  • Apply oil to the paniyaram maker, now pour the batter and cook it in a medium flame.

  • Flip and cook on the other side, take it out once it is done.
