MANGO PACHADI

INGREDIENTS:
Raw mango - 1 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Salt - a pinch
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Red chilli - 2 no
Curry leaves - few
Hing - a pinch
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
Wash and peel the skin of mangoes, chop it into small pieces. Melt jaggery in ¼ th cup of water and filter it to remove any impurities.
Cook the mango pieces in water until it gets soft, and add jaggery water for few minutes and pinch of salt and boil it in a medium heat. Blend it well with jaggery.
Heat a tsp of oil add mustard seeds, hing, red chillies, curry leaves and turmeric powder and pour it over the pachadi.
Manga pachadi is ready to serve.
