KARI DOSA

INGREDIENTS:


  • Dosa batter - 1 cup

  • Eggs - 2 no

  • Chicken kheema - 200 g

  • Onion - 1 no

  • Chilli - 1 no

  • Tomato - 1 no

  • Curry leaves - few

  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp

  • Coriander powder - ½ tsp

  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp

  • Garam masala - 1 tsp

  • Pepper powder 1 tsp

  • Coriander leaves - few

  • Salt - to taste

  • Oil - as required


METHOD:


  • Heat a pan add oil, finely chopped onions, chilli, and curry leaves saute for 3 minutes.

  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute  Add in spice powders and tomatoes and cook for 5 mins,add in chicken keema and saute till it gets dry, add in pepper powder and coriander powder mix well kheema is done.

  • Crack egg in bowl season with salt and pepper. Heat tawa pur small dosa, put some egg mixture over it. Top with keema and coriander leaves. Cook till bottom crisp up.

  • Flip over and cook for a minute.
