CABBAGE KOTHU KARI

INGREDIENTS:
Minced meat - 200g
Cabbage - 200g
Onion - 2 no
Chilli - 4 nos
Ginger 1 inch
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander - few
Curry leaves - few
Grated coconut - 1 tbsp
Oil - as required
Salt - as required
METHOD:
Wash the minced meat in water and keep it aside. Chop the cabbage into small pieces and keep them.
Take a cooker and oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, chilli, ginger and fry for few minutes. Add minced meat, coriander and curry leaves to it.
Stir it well add salt, turmeric powder, and water pressure cook for 10 minutes. Open the cooker add finely chopped cabbage and allow it to cook in the remaining water.
When cabbage is cooked add in the grated coconut and stir for a couple of minutes.
Your cabbage kothu kari is ready to serve.
