CABBAGE KOTHU KARI

INGREDIENTS:


  • Minced meat - 200g

  • Cabbage - 200g

  • Onion - 2 no

  • Chilli - 4 nos

  • Ginger 1 inch

  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp

  • Coriander - few

  • Curry leaves - few

  • Grated coconut - 1 tbsp

  • Oil - as required

  • Salt - as required


METHOD:


  • Wash the minced meat in water and keep it aside.  Chop the cabbage into small pieces and keep them.

  • Take a cooker and oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, chilli, ginger and fry for few minutes. Add minced meat, coriander and curry leaves to it.

  • Stir it well add salt, turmeric powder, and water pressure cook for 10 minutes. Open the cooker add finely chopped cabbage and allow it to cook in the remaining water.

  • When cabbage is cooked add in the grated coconut and stir for a  couple of minutes.

  • Your cabbage kothu kari is ready to serve.
