Pallakad Keera Puliseri – 4 serves

Ingredients:


  • Any Green Leafy Vegetable (Spinach) – 2 cups

  • Coconut (grated) – ½ cup

  • Curd – ½ cup

  • Jeera – 1 tsp

  • Cococnut Oil – 2 tbsp

  • Dry Red Chilli – 3 nos

  • Mustard seeds – 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste

Method:


  • Heat oil in a pan, add 2 dry chilli and fry for a minute. 

  • Add the roasted chilli with coconut and cumin in a blender and make a smooth paste.

  • Cook greens with little water and when cooked add salt, the ground paste and boil until it blends well.

  • Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and red chilli. Add it to the puliseri and serve.
