Pallakad Keera Puliseri – 4 serves

Ingredients:
Any Green Leafy Vegetable (Spinach) – 2 cups
Coconut (grated) – ½ cup
Curd – ½ cup
Jeera – 1 tsp
Cococnut Oil – 2 tbsp
Dry Red Chilli – 3 nos
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add 2 dry chilli and fry for a minute.
Add the roasted chilli with coconut and cumin in a blender and make a smooth paste.
Cook greens with little water and when cooked add salt, the ground paste and boil until it blends well.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard seeds and red chilli. Add it to the puliseri and serve.
