Chakka Kuru Puttu

Ingredients:
Jackfruit Seeds – 20-25 nos
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Coconut – ½ of one coconut (grated)
Water as required
Salt as required
Method:
Roast jackfruit seeds and peel them, and grind to make fine powder.
Add cumin seeds and salt and sprinkle a little water. Mix it as for puttu. The consistency should be breadcrumbs-like.
In puttu mould fill in grated coconut and jack fruit seed mixture as layers. Cook in steam.
Serve Hot.
